Emily Langerholc

Emily Langerholc is in her 14th year of teaching. A product of Florida public schools & universities, she has degrees in Music Education from the University of Central Florida and The Florida State University. She has taught grades PK-12. She spent 13 years between Broward, Palm Beach, and Orange counties, teaching middle school band, middle school chorus, and elementary general music. She has incorporated popular music studies in every grade level and content area she has taught. This fall she began a new adventure teaching virtual school, facilitating high school general music in Pasco County. She completed her Orff Level 1 training at FIU in Miami in 2018. She is a Little Kids Rock trained teacher, an Orlando Girls Rock Camp volunteer, and a member of the Association for Popular Music Education. Ms. Langerholc lives in Orlando with her family and still binge watches Gilmore Girls.
