Cheryl Baker

Cheryl Baker is the author of Lessons from the Music Room: A How-to Guide for the Beginning Music Teacher. She has been teaching music since 1984, teaching at rural and urban schools in four states. Cheryl is currently teaching K-6 for FCPS in Virginia. She has a BFA in theatre from the University of Montana, and a Master of Music from UNLV. Cheryl is a graduate of Orff Levels I, II and III, Level I in Conversational Solfege and First Steps. Cheryl loves to work with new music teachers to help them build their music programs.
