Music ConstructEd is currently seeking article submissions from general music educators and teaching artists who have a desire to share their expertise with other colleagues. We are looking for high-quality lesson ideas, classroom inspirations, or articles about current trends in K-8 music education and beyond. Submissions should be practical, timely, and directly relevant to today’s general music teacher.

Music ConstructED is currently seeking qualified music educators to create and present professional development workshops. Workshops are presented virtually (live or pre-recorded) and vary in length from 20-30 minute bite-sized workshops to 90-minute sessions. Sessions should be relevant to the PreK-8th grade music teacher.

Music ConstructEd is currently seeking qualified instructors to write and teach graduate level professional development courses. The ideal candidate holds an advanced degree in music or music education (Doctorate or Master’s Degree) and has significant teaching experience in the general music classroom. National Board Certification or other specialty training is welcome. MCED values varied perspectives in music education and creative individuals who think outside the box.
