Adam Clark is an educator and percussionist based in Lancaster, Pennsylvania. Adam is an active educator and pre-service teacher, teaching privately and having taught at Penn Manor High School and Hershey High School and their respective marching band and indoor percussion programs. Currently, he is the Front Ensemble Director at Eastern York High School. Adam was the recipient of the Adam Figurelle Memorial Percussion Scholarship through the non-profit Music for Everyone, where he was responsible for teaching and guiding local school district percussion students. Adam is also an active performer; throughout his time at Millersville University, he has taken advantage of many performance opportunities available to him, including the Millersville University Wind Ensemble, Percussion Ensemble, University Choir, Orchestra, and more. Outside of his collegiate performances, he performs locally with community bands, orchestras, and chamber groups; notable ensembles include the “Lancaster British Brass Band,” the “Reading Pops Orchestra,” and the brass quartet “Wrightsville Brass.” Adam placed second in the annual Louis Vyner competition through Millersville University.
